David Bergman is the founder of Bergman Consultancy, where he advises a focused portfolio of clients on complex automation, digital transformation, and capital-intensive initiatives. In parallel, he leads enterprise software delivery and a PMO for a global aviation nonprofit.
 

David brings a rare blend of engineering, enterprise systems, and executive delivery experience, having led over $225M in capital and digital programs across 18+ countries. His work includes automating labor-intensive operations, modernizing enterprise platforms, achieving regulatory compliance at scale, implementing lean operating models, and designing and commissioning factories and facilities from concept through production.
 

He has built and matured multiple PMOs, helping executive teams translate strategy into executable portfolios while navigating high-risk, high-complexity environments.

David holds a mechanical engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver. His credentials include PMP and CBAP certifications, and he is a certified trainer in Crucial Conversations® for dialogue and accountability.

When not working, David is usually found on the sidelines of a youth sporting event or exploring Idaho’s mountains with his wife and four children. He is based in the Boise-area Treasure Valley.
